Times Past Cheese Dairy is one of the only remaining Cheese Dairies in the Cheddar Valley who are still selling rinded, traditional Cheddar Cheese made in the time honoured way, all the year round.

 

Established in 1987, our family business run by Stephen and Janice Webber, our daughter Kate and daughter-in-law Emma, have been creating unique Cheeses in Draycott Village, three miles outside of Cheddar Gorge and supplying them to Cheese lovers around Somerset.

Our range include Mature Cheddar Cheeses, creamy Draycott Blue and a range of unique blended Cheeses with 20 varieties including Cider Apple, Garlic, Smoky Bacon and Mexican
