Chilli & Apple Cheddar-

Mature Cheddar with a delicious apple flavour and a tongue-tickling chilli after-taste.

Cider & Apple Cheddar-

Mature Cheddar with a generous helping of Somerset Farmhouse Cider and a sprinkling of sweet apples.

Draycott Blue-

Delicious Somerset Blue Cheese. Matured longer than most Blue Cheese to produce a sweet, creamy texture with a deep blue flavour. Perfect for salads, toppings and soups.

Extra Mature Farmhouse Cheddar Block-

An extra strong crumbly Farmhouse Cheddar aged for 18 months. Ideal with salads, fruit and a good red wine.

Extra Mature Traditional Cheddar-

A rinded, tangy Extra Mature Cheddar Wedge. Made in the old fashioned, traditional truckle and aged for two years. A tongue tingler! 

Garlic & Parsley Cheddar-

Mature Cheddar with a strong, mouth-watering garlic flavour. Wonderful in cheese sauce.

Horseradish Cheddar-

Mature Cheddar with horseradish sauce and a sprinkling of parsley. Rich and tasty. Perfect melted on steak or burgers.

Marmite Cheddar-Mature Cheddar with a gorgeous swirl of Marmite. Smooth and tasty. All you need melted on toast!

Mature Farmhouse Cheddar Block-
